| Shipping Time : Orders received
before 2:00 PM Central Time will ship the same day, Otherwise the next business
day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday and Holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping
or transit time offered to you by Katy Beads and USPS only as an
estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays
caused by shipping or product availability. U.S. Shipping Charge (all send with deliver confirmation/tracking number)
USPS First Class Mail: $2.50 estimate deliver 3 - 10 business days
USPS Priority Mail: $5.50 estimate deliver 3 - 4 business days
USPS Express Mail: $20.00 estimate deliver 1 - 3 business days
International Shipping Charge
USPS First Class Mail: $5.00 estimate deliver 1 - 4 weeks depend on destination country and custom.
USPS Express Mail: $40.00 estimate deliver 3-5 business days, tracking number is available.
Customs fees/Import Duties: For international orders, any
duties, taxes, tariff or other import fees assessed by customs will be the
responsibility of the recipient.
Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a
package sent via the USPS may not deliver to its destination. In such instance, we will re-ship your order after a reasonable time has
elapsed. We also require that you sign and return a letter confirming
that your package indeed was never received. So we may file insurance claim to seek reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive
this signed letter back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for
the replacement shipment.
Payment: We accept the following credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide
your exact billing address (i.e. the address your credit card bank has
on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing
your order. Our system doesn't keep/store your credit card
information.
We accept money orders and cashier’s
checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a
money order or cashier’s check. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned

Taxes: Our Store shall automatically charge 7.25%
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of
Texas. For orders shipped to other states and outside United States, you are solely responsible
for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Return/Exchange: We will gladly accept the return/exchange of
products within 7 days from the date of deliver. All return product must
be in its original condition. Kindly notify us before returning the
product. So we may issue refund/credit promptly. Shipping charge is non-refundable. We ask customer to pay return postage when is not our error.
